International Development Associate – New Beginnings Program, Salesian Missions, Inc.

Effectively sought funding from USAID, PRM, corporations, and private foundations to fund development efforts in Latin America. Additionally, collaborated with Fordham University graduate graduate students to improve monitoring and evaluation techniques to measure program success while monitoring the implementation of assigned projects and ensure timely expenditure of funds. Furthermore, provided program guidance to field counterparts in the implementation of multimillion dollar grants while reviewing and approving financial reports submitted by field offices in Venezuela, Panama, Costa Rica, and Ecuador.

At the same time, ensuring beneficiary involvement through project and timely completion of project outputs. While seeking funding opportunities for more than 11 elementary schools and over 20,000 children in Haiti in conjunction with international staff to obtain current information for media, management, and donors.
